Competition Brown Sugar
Our Award Winning Brown Sugar is rich and velvety, with a touch of butter. It doesn’t clump like store bought sugar.
Full of Bull: 1 cup of liquid to 1/4 cup of injection powder. Let it sit in brisket for no more than 8 hours. If its too thick add more liquid it wont hurt the potency of the injection.
Pork Injection: Mix 3 cups liquid to 1/4 cup injection seasoning, this will be enough for 2 pork butts.
Henjection: Mix 1 cup of liquid and 1/4 cup of injection seasoning.
Brine: Mix 1/4 cup of liquid and some of your favorite Rub
